The manufacturers have some level of proprietary technologies in communicating between the battery and the tool.

And a lot of what that does is it measures the discharge rate of the battery.

And if that goes beyond the capability of the battery, it usually knows to back off or shut it down for safety.

The off-brand and third-party batteries are not necessarily communicating with those safety systems.

So, can you please tell me about your work currently, and then we're going to talk about

your previous job in the context of fine home building?

So by training, I'm an electrical engineer, and most of my focus is on digital circuitry

and motor control.

Currently I'm working in the aerospace industry, making control actuators for Boeing, Airbus,

any, we're a component supplier to a lot of those major brands.

And what are those things that you design do on an aircraft?
