Welcome everyone to another incredible interview with the one and only Maria Sharapova.

And if you don't know who she is, she is a world class tennis player.

She's competed on the tour since 2001.

She's been ranked number one in the world in singles by the WTA on five separate occasions for a total of 21 weeks.

She is one of ten women and the only Russian to hold the career grand slam.

She is also an Olympic medalist in women singles at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.

And I'm excited to have Maria on. I've had her on before, but I'm bringing her back on because she's got a brand new book that is inspiring and moving and powerful.

And all about overcoming the odds and what she's had to overcome in order to get to where she's at.

It wasn't always easy. She didn't have all this money and all these opportunities.

She really earned it through so many trials that she faced in her early years and continues to face right now.

And in this episode we talk about how Maria avoided burnout while playing the same sport for so many years.
