Summary

Lori Gottlieb is a psychotherapist and the author "Maybe You Should Talk to Someone." In this episode, she tells me the inside baseball of therapy: what's the difference between a narcistist and a sociopath? How do you spot them (so you don't end up in relationships with them) / make sure YOU'RE not one. I also ask her how to deal with passive aggression, the benefits of therapy, and what ways she's personally seen her own client's lives improve. I write about all my podcasts! Check out the full post and learn what I learned at jamesaltucher.com/podcast. Thanks so much for listening!
