In this new episode, Tim Pilleri and Lance Reenstierna speak with ⁠Worcester State University ⁠archives librarian Ross Griffiths about the mysterious Bennington Triangle disappearances of Vermont and the disappearance of James Tedford. 68 year-old World War I veteran James Tedford went missing on December 1st, 1949. Tedford had been visiting relatives who accompanied him to the local bus station and observed him boarding a southbound bus. The last confirmed sighting of Tedford was at the bus depot in Burlington, Vermont where he had a brief conversation with an acquaintance before he boarded to a Bennington-bound bus at about 6:15 PM. I hope everyone listening is doing very well also. We have a return guest. He's one of the favorites. He's one of the best storytellers that we have on this show. And we've been embarking on this journey covering the Bennington Triangle in Vermont,

1:06.0	Doing great over here, and yes, we are joined once again by Ross Griffiths, the Worcester State

1:23.5	of 2024. So yeah, we spoke about Middy Rivers, who disappeared in 1945, Paula Weldon, who
1:30.5	disappeared in 1946. And today we're speaking about the disappearance of James Tedford from
1:37.0	1949, specifically December 1st, 1949. And so these three cases are part of the Bennington triangle disappearances there are a couple
1:47.6	more that we will speak with Ross about very soon but this disappearance lands very mysterious
1:54.2	james tedford was 68 years old he was a world war one veteran and he went missing basically from a bus. And there
2:03.9	is a lot of information out there about James Tedford's case if you look into it. But a lot of it is
2:12.9	not super accurate. And we'll talk about that more in final thoughts after we go through the case
