When we chose our podcast name, we didn't think about how many words it would be to say out

loud. It's really a mouthful. It's way too many words. I know. Yeah. A lot of times ours becomes

RCP and, uh, yeah, that's just how you got to do it. But, but, but yeah, I've listened to it

and, um, and recently relistened to your recap episode, which was really

informative. And can I just say extremely aggravating. And before we even get going, Kate, I just

want to say thank you so much for having the courage to come forward and to talk about what

you've been through, what people

have done to you. It's not a passive thing. I mean, these people did this to you and they're

wrong for doing it. They're horrific criminals. And I just wanted to state that at the front.
