Summary

There’s a lot I want to accomplish in life. And I bet there’s a lot you want to accomplish, too. So what’s stopping us? Usually, in my own life, I can boil it down to one thing. It’s not focus. It’s not having some super-specific morning routine. Or 8 hours of sleep (although that’s important)… I accomplish things when I give myself permission to accomplish things. So what does that mean? It means I start doing and stop thinking about what it would look like to do something. So in this episode, you’ll hear Sean Kim, host of “Growth Minds” podcast interview me about how to swap planning for permission and go for what you actually want in life. I write about all my podcasts! Check out the full post and learn what I learned at jamesaltucher.com/podcast. Thanks so much for listening!
