And the topic I want to talk about today is eight steps to make change stick for a change.

This episode is going to be a little bit more business focused.

And to be a game-changing leader, you've got to deal with change.

And you can't fall in love with the status quo.

You can't just pledge allegiance to how things have always been.

And after doing this 26 years, one of the biggest frustrations I see in any industry

from any leader at any level is, okay, we launched this new process, this new strategy,

this new system, and we got off to a good start. Maybe it was a new vision for the

year, and it fizzled. It just fizzled over time. And what we have to remember is that the status

quo is always trying to consciously reestablish itself. So that doesn't matter if it's business or your personal life. If you're

trying to lose weight, that weight's always trying to find a way back on, right? So the status quo

is always trying to get things back to the way it was. And so very often, when we do change

efforts, we don't go far enough, fast enough, we're not strategic enough to break

through the status quo and actually see the results stick and then create momentum for even

more change. And so I was writing a new program. We have a new seminar. We're going to be holding

a time or two at our elite center this year called Next Level Leadership. I just wrote 40 new pages of material
