let's dive in how's it going? It's going great. It was a bumpy start but but I'm really happy. My group is kind of coming together and I really am seeing people's

personalities come out after just a few of meeting, after a couple of meetings and really just always a great group of folks.

One reason that I love doing this work is that I get to be in a room with, you know,

eight, ten, twelve other ADHD folks who are interesting, fabulous, creative people people but they don't really appreciate how

creative and amazing they are and I'm so excited because I always learn as much as I informed

I learn a lot so that's one reason why I get really really excited at the beginning of a new season.
