Hello and welcome back to the podcast. I hope we're doing well.

I have had a really weird day, to be honest.

It's one of those days where I woke up at 9 a.m.,

which is about four hours after when I like to wake up. And today just kind of turned into,

I don't know, what happened. And I'm getting a lymphatic drainage massage in an hour.

So I don't know if I'm the only one who's like this, but when I have an appointment in the afternoon,

I sort of just feel like I can't do anything all day.

It's a mind thing.

I need to work on it.

Anyway, I woke up really late because I went to bed really late

because I have had so many intense

physical pains from all these ascension symptoms.

And I was talking to one of my friends who had the same thing.

And so that kept me up.

And while I was up, I was downloading all of the stuff.

I'm feeling honestly really excited and energized and feeling

so inspired in a way I haven't in a long time, to be honest. But I was just downloading so much

last night and then pretty much all morning as well. And I just feel like so much clarity is

dropping in and I'm feeling really pumped. And one of the things

that was coming through in the last 24 hours was around planned chaos. The guys just kept saying

planned chaos, unplanned planning, which are basically opposites of each other.
