That's when people start to elevate together. And so picking your brain on some things has been really badass. And I was telling my wife about your guys is living in Denver YouTube channel, which I'll let you talk about a little bit more. But she was looking for one for Phoenix because we've looked at moving to Phoenix, right? That was a conversation we've had recently.
