How long have you been thinking about saying that?

I wrote it on the bus. I wrote it on the bus, and it took me ages. Welcome, listener, to another

George Ehrlich is to my right. We're side by side today as we were last Monday. Sorry we didn't

get a pod out to you. We were quite busy at the FSF Awards where we were up for podcast of the year.

Now we didn't win. Unfortunately, there's not that much scope for

surprise winners in a public vote. Not bitter at all, though. Very happy to have been there at all,

thanks to you, loyal listener. And George, it was a great evening. Do you think we sort of succeeded

in in spreading the NTT20 podword, but a networking here and there? A bit networking here and

there. Probably try to fry some bigger fish than us,

but maybe in the future there'll be some interesting guests.

I enjoyed watching Ali slowly become more convinced

that we could win as the more champagne he drunk

in the first two hours where he actually looked visibly

quite annoyed when we didn't win and then spent the next 10 minutes on Twitter on his phone

I think just out of like protest the fact that we didn't beat the Guardian Football Weekly

podcast who sell out the London Palladium every year but I was trying to break the news which

which I knew podcasting fans across the UK and the world would be interested in that the winners Guardian Football Weekly had their trophy presented to them by James Richardson

now of the Totally Football Show.

But it was a wonderful evening.
