Hello I'm great. How are you Pat?

Good I am excited. This is a really important

podcast. We're going to be talking about something really critical and

essential to everything we do at the table group.

And it kind of got provoked by a guest we had on our last podcast, a 16-year-old gentleman

named Lucas Lunsman from Nebraska who talked about being young and wanting to be a

great leader and we talked about humility and we told him that that was going to be

the subject of our next podcast so Cody the title of this podcast is the danger of humility yeah most

people don't think of humility as being dangerous and what we mean by that is this

that word humility is used more and more these days and

has been for the past number of years and rightly so because it's the first of all virtues precisely because it's the first of all virtues,

precisely because it's actually the antidote

for the root of all sin, which is pride.

And for us at the table group,

it's the foundation of everything we teach around leadership and teamwork and organizational health.
