But funeral homes are not homes nobody lingers or loiters in a cemetery we go to a cemetery for other purposes. We pay our respects. We bid farewell, we comfort the bereaved. But picnic, play ball or toss a frisbee? No way, we depart as soon as possible. Why? Well, because each

headstone reminds us that life is but a dash between two dates.
