| 0:00.0 | Hey, welcome to sensual self. I'm Evian Whitney, and this is a space for you to slow down, tune in, heal and feel the sensations |
| 0:25.5 | and pleasures of your sensual body. Thank you for being here. |
| 0:36.6 | My friends, my blessed fam, my friends, my blessed fam, I am so happy to be here with you right now. |
| 0:46.3 | It's been way too long and I have a lot to share with you. |
| 0:51.7 | But first, let's take a moment to orient ourselves. Let's take a moment to take |
| 0:58.1 | in this new space and these new vibes because as you can see, things are looking and sounding |
| 1:05.4 | a little different around here. So hi, welcome to my new podcast, Sintual Self. It's actually not new, new. It's more like |
| 1:17.8 | just the same, but brand new, as my favorite St. Vincent song goes. And yeah, here we are. |
| 1:27.8 | So what is Sintual self? What is this podcast all about? |
| 1:33.6 | Well, let me first start off by giving you some contacts to this change. |
| 1:39.1 | If you've been following me for a while, or if maybe you've come to this particular episode after binge listening to |

| 1:58.1 | I never really loved that name. Actually, the fact that I even |
| 2:03.1 | ended up having a podcast was a happy accident because the sexually liberated woman was originally |
| 2:09.4 | meant to be a one-off audio series hosted on my blog, where I spoke with previous clients of mine |
| 2:16.0 | about their sexual healing and liberation journeys. |
| 2:19.7 | The intention was to be open and honest about how challenging and beautiful this process of |
| 2:26.4 | healing or sexualities can be. And I call that series the sexually liberated woman because |
| 2:31.7 | that's who I was talking to at the time. That's what the |
| 2:35.2 | series was focused on. And because it was audio in nature, people kept referring to it as a podcast. |
| 2:43.7 | And not just that, I didn't realize this until pretty recently, like a couple of years ago, maybe. |
