Ti do fastidio a volte? = do I annoy you at times?
Ti = You
Do = I give
Fastidio = annoyance
A volte = sometimes
Certo! = of course!
Quando? = when?
Quando ti chiamo ma non rispondi mai = when I call you but you never answer.
