theonomic movement, which has had a significant influence on the Christian right in the United

States, which essentially rejects every single thing in our established secular

political framework, wherein individual rights have any meaning. These folks think that freedoms,

as we understand them, as Americans, are actually slavery to sin. They would like to dismantle

the government as it is and establish a theocracy,

basing all social order on biblical law, including all the Old Testament bullshit.

They are all about teaching people to bring all of their lives under the Lordship of Christ and make every aspect of life under the authority of the Bible.

The only true freedom is freedom in submission to God is what they believe. People who

adhere to this reconstructionist mindset also want to get involved in political spheres so that they can

continue on with the global takeover that we will talk about later in their philosophy, with the
