So, you just woke up and your leg is shaking. The first thing that you do is you start to panic,

you start to worry, you jump onto Google, and you do a deep dive into Reddit and WebMD, and before you know it, you are absolutely convinced that you have a life-threatening disease and that you are going to die.

What I just described is a very regular occurrence of someone who's a hypochondriac.

So hypochondria basically means very excessive, worrying and anxiety about your health.
