When you hear the word addict, it may conjure up images of alcoholics stumbling out of bars late at night, or of bleary eyed celebrities being admitted to rehab. But addiction comes in many forms and nowadays includes a whole new set of vices, such as online gaming, pornography and even social media. If addiction is now defined as any compulsive behavior that starts to impede your life in significant ways, it’s likely that many of us may need to take a long hard look in the mirror.
