So what type of work do you guys specialize in at Livco?

It's kind of one of those strange construction company names that doesn't give you a big upfront of what you do.

Yeah, and I think it started off that way.

The two owners had started off in kind of a rich market here in Chicago of home flipping

or rehabbing.

We've grown and completely left that forum and now we're in a design build.

95% of our business is remodel in addition. We still do take on a couple new homes here and there.

But kind of the focus of our company is more of the experience for the client, you know,

being a design build company.
