David Ralph was a successful financial trainer in London for 20 years. He delivered big results for

his clients and life was good. However, the inside story was very different. He hadn't been present in

his family's life and was under the belief that he was delivering what they wanted, nice holidays,

a nice home, nice cars, when actually they never asked for any of that. But they did ask,

could you take me to dance classes tonight? Will you come and see me in the school of play? Which he never did.

He made the decision to start everything again, and this time put his family at the forefront of all the decisions that he made.

His podcast, Join Up Dots, is thriving internationally, and now life has never been better.

and tell our listeners around the world what you're up to now that has you engaged. Well, basically, I'm a full-time podcaster. It wasn't the plan when I started. It's certainly the case now. So I'm the host of Join Up Dots, a show that used to go out seven days a week. Now it goes out four days a week and i earn all my income

basically having fun on the microphone and the sort of spinoffs that come from having a quite

successful podcast show wonderful wonderful you said you've been doing that since april of 2014 right

yeah on my 44th birthday i took the leap well i took it just before that but on the 44th birthday i launched and the leap. Well, I took it just before that, but on the 44th birthday, I launched and to the world of crickets, nobody was listening, but little by little, I've clawed myself an audience, and now it's fun. It's great being a podcaster, isn't it, Don? Yes, it's great fun. We're having a good time. There's so many different ways to slice this tomato with membership groups and all kinds of other things that we're going to get into, right? It's just wonderful.
