0:00.0 | Welcome to the Happiness podcast. I'm Dr. Robert Puff. Words, whether in written form, said aloud, or shared with another person, can be so powerful. |
0:19.1 | I live in Southern California, and many years ago when social media became more |
0:24.5 | prominent and people started using it, people in high school started using it too. Well at the local |
0:30.5 | high school near my home, there were two students that were being bullied on social media. They're being called |
0:37.0 | names made fun of. |
0:38.3 | And most of us probably were exposed to this too, whether we were the victims of it, |

1:31.3 | Just this past week, one of my best friends was sharing with me how she went to someone's home |
1:36.3 | because she's a home health nurse. |
1:38.3 | And a client asked her, are you pregnant? |
1:41.3 | She isn't pregnant, but thankfully, she's also very resilient and a very wise person, so |
1:47.6 | it didn't really impact her, and we just laughed about it. |
1:51.1 | And the good news is she doesn't look pregnant either. |
1:53.6 | But imagine if she had, imagine if she'd put on weight, and that client had told that to |
