I'm great, thanks, nice to hear your voice again.

Likewise, we've been talking off-air, and one of the things we both recognize about each

other is how in the face of all of this chaos and negativity and divisiveness, there's anxiety

and panic with the pandemic and so forth, but you and I remain pretty calm.

We have kind of an internal peace, despite everything, and we both attribute that to ESS

60 that we're taking.

I agree, it is shocking that not only do you feel it physically when you take what they

call the miracle molecule, carbon 60, but when you put it in your body on a regular basis,

you have flexibility, improvement, and you sleep better, which makes you feel better the

next day, but the mental acuity, that shift of mental focus, is something that I think

is going to be really, really important for worldwide consciousness.
