| 0:24.6 | And we've got to really think about what perfectionism, I can't even get my words, right, perfectionism is. |

| 0:38.6 | So whether that be comparing yourself to others, seeking approval, or having to just do |
| 0:44.7 | the same thing over and over again until you feel like it's perfect. |
| 0:49.7 | And of course, it gives us feelings of inadequacy or insecurity. We tend to focus on the end goal, |
| 0:59.1 | so much so that we forget to actually do the process to get that. So in other words, |
| 1:05.7 | we're so, so focused on that external goal that we want to get across or to complete, that due to the procrastination, |
| 1:15.7 | due to our experience of insecurity and the inner critic, it just holds us up. We never really |
| 1:25.3 | complete the project or not to our standards anyway. |
| 1:29.8 | And of course, because of that, we waste time. We experience worry. We experience fear. |
| 1:35.6 | And this can be in any area of our life. Like if you want to get better in your business, |
