Tell us about how you got started as an interior designer and how you ended up at Leff.

Yeah, this question is really fun because I get to think about my career origin story, where it all began.

And so I did the math and it's over 25 years ago.

I really started with an intro to drafting class at my local college.

And I fell in love with the idea of creating architectural plans and drafting.

I had an incredible professor who was a retired architect.

And through his mentorship, he aligned me to have architectural internships.

So I completely shifted my career perspective.

I thought I could be a dentist at the time. But then I discovered

this incredible industry and really just got to be incredibly fortunate while still in school
