three main parts, an Instagram account to drive awareness, a podcast called on the hard days to

drive a connection and a paid membership to drive a community and also to drive recurring revenue.

In this episode, you're going to learn how all three of those work and how they work together

to build Megan's business and also how you may be able to apply some of the same strategies

to your own business. The exciting thing here is that the audience numbers that Megan shares,

they're not huge, but they've still been enough to build a pretty substantial extra income stream

and help a lot of people at the same time. The story starts with Megan's own challenges

in raising a neurodivergent child. And the self-imposed guilt and blame and anxiety that went along

with it. Finally, she realized she couldn't be the only mom going through this. So she decided

At that time, I had no desire to bring on any guests. It wasn't really about that. I didn't

even know where to start. I didn't have any listeners. I just wanted to invent. And so those first

10 episodes were so on the show. It's just me. I'm just talking. I'm just sharing my stories.

in, deep end, with a really tough incident that happened with my son and I when we, when he was
