Welcome to another episode of the Fullerton unfiltered podcast.

It is your host, Brian Fullerton here hanging with you guys in good morning.

Well, I wanted to do a podcast today with you guys talking about production and helping

you guys generate enough revenue and profit in your company for you guys to be happy for

you guys to make money and for you guys to actually feel like you're moving the needle

forward with your business.

And I think the conversation that I wanted to talk today stems from my own experience,

but then also the experience of a lot of you guys that have weighed in over the years.

I've had a lot of examples where people call in and say, hey, I don't really feel like I'm

making the money that I need to be or I'm not really sure if my company is profitable.

Or I got to the end of the year and it, you know, says that we made money, but I don't have any cash

on hand. Or we just didn't hit the production numbers that I thought we were going to or projected

to. And so I wanted to maybe break down just a couple thoughts there for you guys.

It'll be a obviously a short and sweet episode, which is probably key for 45 minutes,

but it'll probably be a 25 minute podcast or something like that.
