I'm really excited about today's show because I want to talk about vibrational eating.

This is one of my favorite topics because we all know. I geek out

over all things, nutrition, health, and wellness. And if you're new here, that's how I got into

all of this through holistic nutrition. I worked as a holistic nutritionist for a long time.

And I have done so many different types of dietary protocols like so many

and been deep in the research and I really feel like I have a pretty well-rounded view.

When it comes to nutrition, I know people tend to really be in kind of one camp or the other,

the nutrition space.

I mean, it's like religion sometimes, you know, but I am coming from my own personal experiences,

trying all kinds of different diets, my own experiences,

trying different protocols to help with different chronic health issues I've had.

And then also, you know, there's all of the training I've gotten, formal education and then

personal because I'm that person that is

like deep in what was I what was I in where I had to like call Duke University and pay I had to like

pay to get access to some type of studies because this is what oh this is when I was looking at

stuff around um using high carb low

fat to balance to balance blood sugar I don't know I've been in some weird places I'm

like that person that's on page 65 of Google anyway and then working as a holistic

nutritionist working with really complicated

cases, the mystery cases, the chronic illness cases, those are the people that would come my way,
