While this fear is not a bad thing at all, you are human.

It is important to pay attention to the behaviors that come along with it.

When you're passing up opportunities, when you're procrastinating,

when you're avoiding setting really big, exciting goals,

you are succumbing to the fear.

We don't want to give in to it. We just want to recognize it.

I want you to do it afraid. I want you to do it anyway.

So with any of these patterns sound familiar to you,

I challenge you to try and shift your perspective just a bit.

Instead of looking at how daunting XYZ is, whatever it is for you,

try and see it as something just really exciting.

You can say, yeah, I'm scared, but I'm excited too.
