It's strange to be a departure. The off brand.

It's so funny. People always say I have a great recommendation. I'm like,

you know, it's American history podcast, not Czechoslovakian.

They just said you made a bad deal. Yeah, I'm allowed to do it.

No, I didn't make a bad deal because I don't know who you signed with.

Here's the problem with other.

You've got to negotiate countries histories is I can I can go and read about

something and write write it up and do a story about something that happened in

Czechoslovakia, but I might be unwittingly because I don't know the nuances of

the history like like propagating some right wing bullshit.

You know what I mean? Like I might fall into a trap where I am, but that's that

that's where the audience is.

I think the more that you know, you're ignoring a huge segment.

People got really people got really mad about the Satchel page episode and

rightfully so because I base it on one book and in the book, the guy is a sports

guy who wrote it and he totally played down the racism in the Dominican Republic.
