| 1:14.0 | I get so wrapped into overwhelm. It is sort of wired into that achiever personality that I should always be doing more than I'm overwhelmed with the goals and the ideas. |
| 1:26.0 | Sometimes overwhelm feels good and I indulge in it. Sometimes it feels negative and I indulge in it because I want to almost have this. |
| 1:32.0 | I have this martyr syndrome that comes out that I'm working so hard and I want some credit for it. |
| 1:38.0 | Or we overwhelm with making a decision and we want it to be the perfect decision and then we create indecision. |
| 1:46.0 | And here's what I want to coach on today. I want you to know that the number one enemy in your life is delay. |
| 1:53.0 | And we delay our lives. We delay our change. We delay our potential. We delay making progress because we don't take enough action. |
| 2:04.0 | Now, why don't we take enough action because we indulge in making sure that the right action is happening. We overthink and we overwhelm ourselves and we overschedule ourselves and then we stretch ourselves to thin. |
| 2:16.0 | And we're mentally stretched thin and exhausted. |
| 2:19.0 | And here's the deal. The brain is the most powerful thing we have in the world and yet most of us are blocking ourselves from accessing its fullest capacity simply because we aren't managing well. |
| 2:30.0 | And so what's the result? Well, the result is you don't achieve as much as you want and your life feels good, but not great. |
