Bob, Chad, it's a hard time to say this and I don't want to have to say this, but I just want to let you

guys know that things aren't working out between us and that I think it's time that we go our own separate direction.

Finally! I was just going to say the same thing.

I feel like I've been under this guy's thumb forever. Ladies and gentlemen,

have you ever been put into a position

where you knew that there was a relationship that you had

personally, professionally, that needed to end. You didn't know what to say or you

delayed doing it and you held yourself back from finding that perfect partner, that perfect friend, that perfect opportunity.

Sometimes things need to end.

Today's episode follows up a recording that we did on how relationships matter.

We ended that discussion with an idea that whenever possible we fight to keep great relationships going,

but sometimes things need to end. So today we're going to talk about how to end things right.

Different types of things in our life need endings. We need to stop a project, maybe abandon a department

chat or a company. We need to walk away from some investments.

I remember seeing this old Charles Schwab commercial that said,

waiting for a stock to rebound is not long-term investing.
