0:56.0	I hope you guys are all doing amazing. My 10 seconds this episode is I want to talk about the phenomenon of how when you're feeling low lows your
1:08.5	highs are so high and I don't know if this happens to anyone else. But I'll be having just such a low low
1:15.2	and it's a constant battle, you know,
1:17.0	throughout the day with my anxiety.
1:19.0	And then all of the sudden, I'll get this high.
1:21.9	And I know that there's biological reasons this happens
1:24.8	but those highs are so I feel so grateful I feel so loved I feel so loving I
1:31.6	connect with Garrett so much, and I'm grateful that I get to feel the highs as well as the lows even though this whole thing is hard.
1:40.8	And so I kind of just wanted to touch on that.
