0:46.2	well, you're originally from Spain? Yeah. And you grew up in a Roberto de Duero de
0:51.7	D'O'O'O'R? Yeah, exactly. That's what And you grew up in a rubbero de Guaro are?
0:52.7	Yeah, exactly. That's where I grow up.
0:56.1	That's where my family, most of my family lives.
1:00.4	And yeah, that's where my roots also are. I grew up up to what I was about 19 years old.
1:10.0	Then I moved to Barcelona when I did my studies. I went to hotel school there. I did hotel business, am in school in Barcelona.
1:24.0	But yeah, obviously I'm very connected with River Adel duo and it's very important for me and in many different ways.
1:32.0	So eventually you ended up leaving Spain and going to London.
1:37.0	How did that come about?
1:38.0	Well, so, yeah, I finished school in Barcelona and at that point I was quite it was clear for me that within
1:52.1	the whole aspects are involved in hotel and the restaurant industry,
1:56.0	what I really wanted to focus on was wine.
2:01.0	And I wanted to learn about wine in a global way.
2:05.0	I was intrigued about wine in the general sense of the world,
