Then I moved to Barcelona when I did my studies. I went to hotel school there. I did hotel business, am in school in Barcelona.

But yeah, obviously I'm very connected with River Adel duo and it's very important for me and in many different ways.

So eventually you ended up leaving Spain and going to London.

How did that come about?

Well, so, yeah, I finished school in Barcelona and at that point I was quite it was clear for me that within

the whole aspects are involved in hotel and the restaurant industry,

what I really wanted to focus on was wine.

And I wanted to learn about wine in a global way.

I was intrigued about wine in the general sense of the world,
