Welcome back to adult child, where we take a deep dive into the impact of growing up in a dysfunctional family.

And today, guys, it is the 50th episode.

How the hell did we get here?

I was initially only planning to do 8 to 10 episodes when I launched this thing, but here we are today.

So I've been thinking about what do I want to do for this episode.

I knew I wanted to be a solo episode.

And after some consideration, I decided that we need to go back to the beginning.

To the beginning of my adult child healing journey, my adult child rock bottom, aka the tale of two Brian's.

Now, I told that story over the course of three different episodes, so I have condensed it all together.

If you were new to the pod, you were in for a real damn treat.

And I have to say, listening back to it was a very, very surreal experience for me.

So in the flip side of this, I have some reflections.

So for some reason, you don't want to listen to the tale of two Brian's.

Again, although I think it's a story that never gets old.
