where we take a deep dive into the impact of growing up in a dysfunctional family. And today guys it is the 50th episode.

How the hell did we get here? I was initially only planning to do 8 to 10 episodes when I launched this thing

but here we are today. So I've been thinking about what do I want to do

for this episode.

I knew I wanted to be a solo episode.

And after some consideration,

I decided that we need to go back to the beginning to the beginning of my adult child

healing journey my adult child rock bottom a k a the tale of two Bryan's.

Now I told that story over the course of three different episodes,

so I have condensed it altogether.
