with me today how this podcast is booming and that's because of you and I'm gonna ask

you this like continue to share it you know continue to post it you might think that nobody sees it but I'm telling you

somebody sees it and somebody presses play just like you and it helps me and to be

real with you in a selfish way like it gives me energy to let me know y'all still rocking with me to let me

know the podcast is helping you like it gives me more energy to keep creating these

podcasts and I'm glad I press record today I sound like I'm a little bit out of

breath because I just got done with a three mile

run and I say that because that's major for me. I haven't been able to run that far since I've been injured

you know over the last two years and you know running is my therapy

uh... running is my place of peace and so being able to get back to running and

get back to working out and training

you know shredding weight and and just building that bulletproof mind

you know making the world respect my greatness like that mindset you know i'm and just

feeling that bulletproof mind, you know, I'm in it and I just feel great

and I'm sure you can feel the energy, you know, people say Trent,

you just look lighter, you know what I mean?

Not just from a physical perspective,

but just a spiritual perspective, and I am but I also want to be totally

transparent with you today and I'm a creator or whatever title you want to give me that

is always going to keep it straight up with you I'm always going to keep it real because there's a lot of experts out there that try to protect their brand, right? They try to act like they don't go through anything so y'all can believe in them more. And I get it. You know, I mean, I understand marketing and I understand positioning, but I didn't get into this space to be a marketer.

You know what I mean? I didn't get into this space to, you know, position myself as an expert.
