Summary
Jaycee Dugard was kidnapped at the age of eleven as she walked to her school bus stop. Phillip and Nancy Garrido pulled up beside her, shot her with a stun gun and pulled her into their car before speeding off. What followed was years of captivity and abuse that was only prolonged by the failings of our justice system.
