Your brain doesn't know the difference between a fake smile and a real smile.

there's a recursive loop of the endorphins that help to keep you in good spirit.

I remember possibly around 15 years ago making a five-year plan to be a millionaire.

It didn't happen in the five years, but I think just making the goal and the plan eventually did work out.

If we all learn the importance and the habit, the strength, the power of love and compassion,

we can allow that to be one of our driving forces and ideologies.

When I signed a record deal, I made it my conscious effort to use my voice for good.
