behind the scenes update. I've been working through some things in my personal life and I've been

trying to figure out like when is the right time to share and I ultimately decided there's never really a perfect time to share.

So that's what I'm going to do on today's episode. So I just wanted to get on the mic.

I have some notes in front of me, but really just openly share what I've been navigating.

Basically, we'll just dive right into it, I have a new

diagnosis at a new health challenge that I've been navigating. And I've been trying to get an

understanding of what's going on before I shared because I had a lot of questions myself and

didn't really have any answers. And now I finally have some clarity. And I really just am committed

to bringing you along on the journey with me. I've always wanted to show up authentically here
