Blue Benadum is an elite marathoner, running coach and multi-sport athlete from Malibu, California. He is the “go to” marathon coach in Los Angeles and has guided many of the Entertainment Industry’s most high profile clients to success in the marathon. Blue is a running technician and specializes in mastering the mechanics of movement. He has contributed his expertise to some of sports biggest brands over the last decade and a half and is tireless in the pursuit of unlocking potential in “could be” runners. Blue and his wife Cassidy co-founded Guru Running in 2021, a company that designs comprehensive sport and life planning for athletes to achieve their health, wellness and performance goals.
