We had an off week from UFC events at the very least last weekend, which made perfect room for another fight that we are going to discuss on today's show.

Before I tell you about that, I will tell you that there is yes, an

apex card around the corner. Flyweight's in the main event. I don't hate that. Matthews

Nicolao, Alex Perez, genuinely good and interesting fight. Probably not one that's going to get

anybody interested, but the UFC's dug their own grave at this point, as they always have with flyweight. People aren's going to get anybody interested, but the UFCs dug their own grave at this

you put them in a main event once in a blue moon, and otherwise they are in the very first

fight on the apex guard. So no shit. Nobody knows who they are. But trust me, when I say

Matthews, Nicolao and Alex Perez are both good, interesting fighters.

The rest of the card is spotty.

Which isn't to say there aren't any interesting fights on it.

As is so often the case with these apex cards, there are quite a few interesting fighters here.
