Our thoughts are so powerful.

Though they may not have much influence on the world around us, they deeply impact our lives.

As we journey through life, we have events that happen in our lives. Some of them we like, some of them we don't like. For example, we may meet

the love of our life, and then three or five years later, they want to leave us. And no matter

how hard we think about having them back in our lives, they want to leave us. And no matter how hard we think about having them back

in our lives, they don't come back. But how our thoughts influence us is how we respond to the loss

of the love of our life. I've worked with so many people over the course of my career who have lost

who they felt was the love of their life.

And it sometimes takes so much time to get over that loss. Some people never do. And yet others
