We are thrilled to bring you this bonus episode. Our lead topic this weekend, Fallout, in which

219 years after a nuclear attack obliterated Los Angeles and presumably the rest of the country and

world. Descendants of the survivors are

living in an elaborate network of underground fallout shelters, each governed by an overseer

to mix up the gene pool, eligible residents apply to be married to residents of neighboring

vaults and meet their matches only on their wedding day. Vault 33's Lucy McLean, Ella Pernell from Yellow Jackets,

is thrilled when her fiance, Monty, Cameron Cooperthwaite, turns out to be very hot,

if a little laconic, but neither here nor the delegation from Vault 32 is exactly what they

seem. On the surface, humans who weren't lucky enough to be born in the vaults have found ways

to band together for protection, but no solution is perfect.

I don't know either of these series co-creators, who adapted it from the series of

video games of the same name, but two of the executive producers here are Jonathan Nolan

and Lisa Joy, formerly of Westworld.
