You need to hopefully develop a sense of internal self-worth and get some external validation.

That's always good. We do need that from people like our partners, people that we work with, people that we're close to.

All of those things are really important, but it is all about finding that balance.

For myself, I mean, getting out of a situation that wasn't good for me ended up being something that I think has put me on a path of not necessarily needing to people please so much,
