Before we get to this episode, I'd like to say a couple words about another episode

we recently put out.

It was called Nuclear Power, isn't perfect, is it good enough?

At the end of that episode, we asked for your feedback and we received a lot of feedback

on both sides of the ledger.

The biggest complaint from the anti-nuclear listeners was that we didn't spend nearly

enough time talking about nuclear waste storage and safety.

Also they wanted to hear about how uranium is mined.

Some pro-nuclear listeners also wanted to know more about nuclear waste storage, but they

thought we should have pointed to the positive developments in that realm and how some radioactive

waste is now being recycled into fuel for further power generation.

And there was a lot more we could have said about newer nuclear technologies or even the

possibilities of generating electricity from nuclear fusion.

The fact is, we could have made two or three episodes on this topic and maybe we should

have, maybe we will.
