What's up, guys? Welcome back to Built by Business. I'm Andy Isam. Today we're talking about one of the most overlooked factors in entrepreneurship. The pace you set as a founder. And I'm not just talking about your hustle or your speed necessarily, but maybe more so your rhythm. Because if you've ever felt stuck, burnt out,

or like your business just isn't growing as fast as it should, it might not be a strategy issue.

It might be a pacing issue. And to explore that, I asked one of our Wevos agency clients and

one of my good friends, Kai Glazier, one of the co-founders of Orris, to share his perspective

on what real dedication looks like in business. Kai, Dallin, Shea, and other members of the

Oris team have been building a brand that's quietly gaining traction through consistency,

care, and deliberate pace. And what Kai said about dedication, I think perfectly captures the

mindset behind this sustainable

growth. I think dedication in business, oftentimes it's misunderstood. I think a lot of people

picture as it is like pulling all nighters or kind of like this constant grind nonstop.

But for me, I would say that dedication is way more about like consistency. It's the

mindset about just carrying your business with you throughout the day, not just while you're at work.

That means asking myself, like, okay, what's one thing I can do today that moves this business

forward? And I would say for the most part, that it's small,

unglamorous stuff, like answering an email,

making a call, following up on a lead.

I've noticed that some of the things that even we've dreaded

most, like showing up to this new market or this event,
