Tell us a little bit about your background and how you got involved in the building

trades.

So I'm 26.

I grew up in Spring Green, Wisconsin.

That's about an hour west of Madison, Wisconsin.

That's the home to the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture, Talleyesson House on the Rock, some of those popular attractions. And I pretty much grew up in the trades. My dad is a general contractor. My family owns a small construction business. So yeah, I pretty much just grew up in the trades uh i joke around that i kind of learned to read on fine home building because there was always

a big stack of them in our bathroom so uh so yeah i grew up my dad you know i'm a second generation

carpenter um my dad does a little bit everything but i I'd say, you know, Carpentry is kind of his

trade. So yeah, that's just, I've kind of been doing it from day one. Where did your dad pick

up the trade from? Does it go further back in your family, or is that an interest that he started?

I don't think it goes further back he uh he grew up
