Just to make sure we're all brushed up and feeling good about our financial wellness. Yeah, financial wellness is a thing. I didn't realize how much shame I had around it in my 20s.

I didn't realize like just how much energy was it being held there? It was like a block for me. And so to be able to have conversations, to be able to actively learn and get curious has been so liberating.

Yeah, people don't talk about that getting older. It's nice to have money. It's very nice.

Whether it's a little bit more or a lot more. That's a good part about getting older people should on getting older. I'm like it's kind of nice to not.

I remember in my 20s just being so paycheck to paycheck. Yes, even worse like this very hard. It was very very hard and very stressful and you know according to so many of Nicole's books and her advice.

It's like you don't need to be a millionaire to live like a really beautiful. Rich life, you know, like you can be very smart and strategic and automated with your money to build wealth over time.

Yeah, we had Sophie on her social media team here. So sweet. She was talking about, you know, our conversation with Nicole. Sometimes it can be intimidating to where you meet someone like her that knows so much. It can feel like I'm never going to know that much.

And that's really the point of conversations like this is as lawyers of what we're talking about and what we're discussing today.

She also wrote rich bitch boss bitch becoming super woman and her newest book is independent. But I love this one because I feel like investing is like in the zeitgeist with whether it's crypto or other investment.
