Dr. Paul Nelson Williams. Hi, Paul. Hey, Matt. How are you? I'm doing well because we just had a really

fantastic eye-opening discussion. We've talked about primary aldosteronism before, but our guest, Dr. Anand Vaidia, really just told us some new stuff, new, like, fancy stuff.

His approach is a little bit different than other experts we talk to.

So I feel like it's really great.

People are going to learn a lot, and I'm excited for them to hear that.

But Paul, before you introduce our co-host and, you know, before we get into the bio, what is it that we do on curbsiders? Why are we here, Paul? It's a new year. It's 2006. I think this is one of the first episodes we've recorded in 2006. And I just don't remember why we do this still. Yeah, it's, it's our first reporting the new year. I refuse to be existential. But I will share that we are the internal medicine podcast. We use expert interviews to bring you clinical pearls and practice changing knowledge.
