Hi, I am a resident of Poplar Creek, 7 miles south of Leighton, Alabama, and I graduated

from Charity Chapel Academy in Cricut Oak, Alabama.

As you can imagine, by the names we are heavily wooded areas and are small towns.

Just a few years ago, a girl I went to high school with at a church came up missing.

Her name was Amanda Taylor.

I don't know if anyone has ever reported this to any of these types of channels, or if

there has ever been a story done, but I wanted to share it.

Her father, who was at the time the preacher of the church our school was based in, has

tirelessly tried to have a law passed in her name to shorten the amount of time in Alabama
